Adam Gilchrist Scholarship

It is well-known that Adam Gilchrist spent the 1989 season with Richmond as an innocent 17 year old lad. Adam has always acknowledged how important this summer was to his development both as a cricketer and as a man.

In 2004, in partnership with Richmond CC, Adam launched the Adam Gilchrist Scholarship. This unique scheme offers a youngster from Australia the chance to follow in Adam's footsteps and spend a season with Richmond.
