For the following age groups, coaching takes place on Sunday mornings starting at 10.00am and finishing at 12 noon. The Sunday morning sessions will commence on 26th April 2008.

Under 11 on 1st September 2009 (School Year 6)
Under 10 on 1st September 2009 (School Year 5)
Under 9 on 1st September 2009 (School Year 4)
Under 8 on 1st September 2009 (School Year 3)
Under 7 on 1st September 2009 (School Year 2)
Under 6 on 1st September 2009 (School Year 1)

Under 12's Group coaching takes place on Monday evenings starting at 6.00pm. Under 13 and 15's takes places on Fridays.

All Colts coaching takes place at Old Deer Park.
