Richmond CC is open to all players, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, sexuality or gender. However would all potential members from overseas please note the following:
Richmond is an amateur cricket club playing in an amateur league. We do not pay anyone to play cricket.
Therefore if you are an overseas player looking for
a "package" including flights, accommodation and payment for playing, we cannot help you.
The Middlesex County Cricket League
has strict rules about overseas players.
We are only allowed to play 1 overseas player
in the 1st and 2nd XI Leagues and 3 in the 3rd XI League.
After 2 years of residence in the United Kingdom, foreign nationals are classed as "domestic" players and are no
longer subject to the overseas restrictions.
In addition, an overseas player who has played first-class
cricket in the previous 12 months is also ineligible.
