Our fantastic Under 13 Girls side are officially the 3rd best side in the country following the National Finals Day of the Lady Taverners Under 13 Cup. Having lost to South Northumberland in the morning's semi-final, they bounced back brilliantly to win the 3rd/4th play off against Coton CC. Having played so well throughout the regional stages of the competition, it was, of course, disappointing that the girls' batting didn't fire against South Northumberland as they were bowled out for 66, a score which was passed for the loss of just 2 wickets by our opponents. However, our batting was much better against Coton as we chased down 118 for the loss of 2 wickets with 9 overs to spare. To have even reached Finals Day was an achievement in itself and we are very proud of them. Well done girls.
