We are sad to announce that Phil Lazenby has passed away. Phil, who joined Richmond in the 1980's after leaving the RAF to work at Heathrow, as a true character - a bluff Yorkshireman, a true character and a fine cricketer. In later years as his health deteriorated, Phil used to come down to ODP to watch and it was always a joy to spend a few hours in his company. He will always be fondly remembered by those who knew him. Richmond CC would like to extend our sincere condolences to Phil's family.
