With the new season now just over 2 weeks away, its time to bring all members up to speed with a number of important pieces of information and ask you to help the club's administration be quick and efficient.

Subscriptions:

Your subscription payment for the season is now due. Subs are the lifeline of any club and payment is obligatory. This year's sub includes a Richmond sweater.

Rates are :

C1 : Full adult member £190
C2 : Senior member (Over 65) £155
C3 : Intermediate £125 - Either aged between 18 and 21 (as at 1st April 2016) or a full-time student. Proof may be required.

Please arrange to pay your sub as soon as possible. If you are Under 18, you should already have been asked to renew your sub through the Colts section.

How to pay :
1. ONLINE : Transfer funds to the Richmond CC account using a reference which is your surname and membership category (i.e GOLDIEC1). If you fail to provide a reference, we may challenge whether or not you have paid so please adhere to this.

2. By cheque or cash : Please put your sub in an envelop and write your name and membership category on it. Then give it to your team captain, or if at nets, a committee member.

Sweaters will only be given out once subs have been paid.

Barcards : Last season we introduced Members Cards, which entitle you to a discount of 10% on all bar prices. If you already have one, you will not be issued with a new one. However, if your sub has not been paid by 30th April 2017, the system will automatically pick this up and the discount will not apply until your sub has been paid. If you are a new member, you will be issued with a Card once your sub has been paid.

DINNER :

Our pre-season Dinner is an important event and I am really keen that we get a good turn out this year. It takes place on Friday 28th April. Tickets are £30 pp for a full four course meal and the event takes place at ODP. Partners are welcome. There is a £5 discount for students and new members. Please email me as soon as possible to reserve your tickets.

There will be a players meeting on Tuesday 18th April following Club nets. We will aim to start at 8pm.

PRE-SEASON FIXTURES :

The Leagues starts on 6th May. Before then there are two weekends of cricket for everyone to participate in.

Sunday 23rd : 1's v Wimbledon at ODP
2's v Teddington Town at NCG (Christs)
Saturday 29th April : 1's, 2's & 3's v Sunbury
Sunday 30th April : Club XI v Twigworth Travellers
Monday 1st May : T20 at Indian Gymkhana

Playing in pre-season fixtures is absolutely vital for all players. Selection for places is always difficult and early season form can help you to grab the attention of the selectors.

MIDDLESEX PLAYING MEMBERS AFFILIATION
Middlesex CCC offers all playing members of Middlesex clubs the opportunity to join the county as an Affiliate player. For just £25 you can attend any Middlesex home match - at Lords or any outground (including the T20 match at Richmond). If you are Under 18, the cost is just £10. The membership does not provide you with access to the Pavilion at Lords but does give you access to all other Members areas for Middlesex matches.

For 2017, the system has changed. The Club will now collate all Affiliate Members information and send these to Middlesex for processing.
