With almost 50 signed up (and paid!), and 35 having represented RCC already this season the U11s represent cricket for all. All have played with the age-group's three goals in mind: play with a smile, support each other as a team and be the best fielding team in Middlesex and Surrey. Both the A and B teams are still in contention in both Middlesex and Surrey Leagues with the B team holding a 100% record in the Mid-Surrey league.

In amongst this busy schedule of club cricket 7 different players have added Borough, District or County caps to their Baggy Maroons this season.

Middlesex: over the recent bank holiday weekend Eddie Bruce captained Middlesex U11s to victory over Berkshire, and Vansh Jani is set to make his Middlesex debut on the 31st May. James Nelson and Alex Zotov have both been in the wickets for the Richmond Borough U12s. James has 4 wickets for 30 runs, and Alex has 3 for 12.

Surrey: Ellie Godwin has represented Surrey on 2 occasions and has her first county wicket. Jack Godwin and Will Pike have both put in strong performances for Central District. Jack has played his first international (against a Swiss 11!) and taken 2 wickets whilst Will has taken some sizzling catches, made good starts with the bat and taken 4 wickets including the Surrey county captain.

These young players have done outstandingly well just to be selected, and all are contributing strongly to their teams. Playing in these representative environments with knowledgeable coaches and other talented players is great experience - they are enjoying a high standard of cricket and bringing back what they learn to their team mates at RCC.
