In 2021 he received the devastating news that he has stage 4 colorectal cancer which has spread. Since then he has been in a pitched and tough battle to fight it. He ran through all his options in the UK but found that he couldn’t get the latest therapies here. He fundraised in October to get a single dose of an amazing therapy that trains your immune system to fight the cancer. He’s waiting for the results but has been advised to try to tackle the secondary cancer. His next step is another cutting edge procedure with a world-leading liver surgeon in Frankfurt.
