Hello everyone!

I am starting to read stories that suggest that the early determination to stay fit during lockdown is starting to wane and that the weight (the "coronastone") is starting to return to some. Why not mix up the fitness and skills drills in this series to keep things interesting?

This latest set of exercises is hard work but it will deliver the benefits!

  1. Squat > reverse lunge x 10 (Squats)
  2. Press up > row x 10
  3. Full crunch x 10-15

Do al three exercises, rest for 45 seconds, and repeat for a total of five times.

Hope everyone enjoys this great work out. And why not add in some of Adam's fielding and catching drills to spice it up?
