Richmond Cricket Club Announces Major Partnership with Kneller Hall School for 2026 and 2027 Seasons

Richmond Cricket Club is proud to announce a new sponsorship agreement with Kneller Hall School for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The partnership marks an exciting collaboration between one of London’s most established cricket clubs and the newest name in education in West London, Kneller Hall School, part of the Dukes Education family.

Kneller Hall School will be the new home for Radnor House Twickenham and opens in September 2027. The school, which is being created on the 30-acre site at Kneller Hall will be Dukes Education’s first purpose-built school in the UK. New facilities for sport, performing arts and outdoor learning will offer opportunities for students to pursue their interests and develop their skills, while new science laboratories, design and technology classrooms, Forest School and Nature Reserve will add breadth and depth to the pupils’ day-to-day experience. Over half the campus is designated as Metropolitan Open Land, which means it must be retained as green space for the pupils to explore and enjoy.

Under the comprehensive agreement, the Kneller Hall School logo will prominently appear on Richmond Cricket Club's team shirts throughout the season. Visitors to Old Deer Park will also notice new ground signage reflecting this partnership and displays within our clubhouse.
"This partnership with Kneller Hall School represents more than just sponsorship – it's about strengthening community ties," said Chris Goldie, Richmond Cricket Club's chairman. "Their support will help us continue developing cricket at all levels and I would like to thank Kneller Hall School most profusely for their support this year and, potentially, in years to come.”

As part of the agreement, Richmond Cricket Club will host a special Sunday morning open day. This event will allow parents and local residents to learn more about the plans for Kneller Hall School and the fantastic opportunities it will for provide.

Amy Cavilla, Principal of Kneller Hall School said: "We're excited to support Richmond Cricket Club for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. Cricket has always been at the heart of local communities, and this partnership aligns perfectly with Kneller Hall School’s aims of fostering young people’s education and laying the foundations for them to have an extraordinary future.

“It is a privilege to be able to develop this historic building - such a well-loved landmark in the Whitton and Twickenham area - and to build on its educational heritage, first as a training school for teachers and then as the Royal Military School of Music. The school and its grounds will be great for families in the local area, and we look forward to creating deeper links with the community. “
