In a roaring cross wind RCC U11A slumped to 35 for 8 before a strong rearguard from Huw, James and Seb took the total to 79 all out. A fine effort with the ball took the game into the 19th over, but it was not enough. Teddington closed out the game with some strong hitting, leaving the team and very cold parents to return home a little disappointed. James was man of the match for his strong batting and miserly left arm spin.
What it did show is that the team are resilient and can cope with early wickets. It was a very small margin in the end.
