A tough Saturday to be a bowler and set fair for Sunday

the breakfast counter will be open

U6 through U10s are set for training at ODP from 10-12 on Sunday. Hats, water and sun cream are in order. We look forward to seeing you there! The breakfast counter will be open for sausage and bacon rolls, tea, coffee and more.

On Saturday the 1s, 2s and 3s all had pre-season games against Datchet. After some leather chasing in the field at ODP the 1st XI came up 2 runs short of the 280 they needed, with Adam and Griff scoring half-centuries. The 2nd XI chased 308 for the loss of just 5 wickets with a 50 for a returning Sami and 128 not out for Dan. The 3rd XI posted 262-6 off 40 overs with Will and Pete retiring on 50, and then restricted Datchet to 189-9. Good overs in the legs for the bowlers and early season runs for the batters! All on a glorious day.

It almost felt back to normal - but we must remind everyone that we are still in partial lockdown restrictions and ask for your help in fulfilling them. The clubs covid plan and risk assessment can be found here.
