Richmond's leading 4 sides all won to bolster their League chances but the 5's lost out narrowly.

After the disappointment of failing to get across the line, the 1st XI travelled to Eastcote knowing that they must win their remaining 4 games to have a chance of winning the League title. Eastcote chose to bat first and some steady bowling by all saw the home side dismissed for 208 in the 48th over. Despite the loss of Bhav Pankhania, first Greg King and Ben Compton and then Greg and Abhishek Jhunjhunwala saw Richmond to win a few runs of a comfortable victory. Both were dismissed shortly before the target was reached - Greg for 74 and Abhi for 83. Abi was particularly severe on Middlesex's Ravi Patel who went for 52 in 5 overs. 10 points sees Richmond move into 3rd, 11 points behind next week's opponents Teddington. A win against them will still require a slip up from the League leaders and a defeat for North Middlesex who are in second.

The 2's were invited to bat by Teddington at ODP and lost a couple of early wickets. However, centuries from Stephen Bail and Simon Elliott set up a platform for a magnificent 289 off 45. In reply Teddington were never in the hunt finishing on 243 for 9. The 2's move into second 2 points behind North Middlesex and 1 point ahead of Ealing. With North Midd and Ealing playing each other on the last Saturday of the season, 3 wins for the 2's would give them an excellent chance of carrying off the title.

The 3's also played Teddington and at 98 for 5 chasing 176, it seemed as though the victory would escape them. However a match winning innings from Dan Fryer of 71, assisted by Sami Shori's 28 and 35 extras (mostly wides) saw a Richmond win by 4 wickets. The 3's remain 10 points behind Hampstead who they play next week.

The 4b's made the short journey to Barn Elms for a clash with top of the table Barnes who were dismissed for 184, a total that Richmond passed for the loss of 6 wickets.

The 5's took on Teddington 4's and reached 267 for 8 off 46 with runs for Bhav Johal and James O'Farrell. In reply Teddington got home with 2 wickets to spare.
